Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or severe weather.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only. If you need delivery to another country, please contact us at liutao@vevolora.shop and we will let you know if it can be arranged.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Damages
